By utilising a composite polyurethane and polyester material ensures an extended operational life over rubber based V-belts with high resistance to oil, chemicals, extremes of temperature and abrasive. Ease of fitting, and eliminate routine maintenance. With the unique detachable link construction, the belt can be joined without dismantling. Link V-Belts is available in most standard sections (Z/10, A/13, B/17, C/22, S/25, D/32, E/40 and F/50) on convenient 20 meter boxed reels. Belt to any length can be conveniently made up as required due to the metal stud system. To unfasten, turn stud heads 90°, insert tool and twist. To fasten, snap last link over stud heads and turn heads 90o. Wedge link belt offers significant increase in power on the majority of wedge belt drives.
