Hose skiving and fitting inserting machines – general information

Hose skiving devices are used to remove an inner or outer layer of rubber at the end of a hydraulic hose, along the section where a fitting is mounted. We offer a complete assortment of these devic-es, starting from simple, manual workshop tools, to semi-automatic machines intended for series production. Every device is fully equipped, for example with guide pins or blades matching hose inner diameters.

Process of inserting fittings into hoses can also be mechanised. For that purpose inserting fittings machines with pneumatic drive were designed. Such machines reduce assembly time and are very often integrated with multifunctional machines used for multi series production.
