Our name
Where does the “FläktGroup” name come from? FläktGroup was formed in 2016 when DencoHappel (formerly part of GEA) and Fläkt Woods joined forces to create a European market leader for energy efficient Indoor Air Comfort and Critical Air solutions serving a global market.
“Fläkt” actually means ventilation fan in Swedish – as simple as that!
