The shell is made of ABS (Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene) and meet or exceed all applicable Standard requirements in EN397, including optional requirements of very low temperature (-30°C), LD (Lateral Deformation), MM (Molten Metal), 440 VAC & EN 50365 1000 VAC (non-vented version only for V-Gard 930), EN 134631-1, use in Explosive Atmosphere ATEX (zone 1, 2, 20, 21, and 22).
